We also see increases in a joy bonding hormone called oxytocin says Nancy Gee a professor of psychiatry and director of the Center for Human-Animal Interaction at Virginia Commonwealth University. In fact, we also increase this hormone in dogs.

If you have anxiety, depression or sleep depreviation, trying a sound bath will help relax your mind and body. Sound baths improve blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. being in a meditative state helps the body release toxins, increasing positive mood and feeling relaxed. if you have Epilepsy it is recommended that you not participate in sound a sound bath Please contact your doctor before booking a class.
